Welcome to Alaninusale (the "Site"), operated by Alaninusale ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, products, and services available on or through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you ("you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and other posted policies (collectively, "Site Policies"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

This license does not allow you to: (a) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Content; (b) sell, rent, or distribute the Content; (c) use the Content for commercial advertising; or (d) remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from the Content. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.
Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners (if not owned by us). Nothing on the Site constitutes a license to use these trademarks without the owner’s prior written consent.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information (including descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and availability) on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and notify you—you may then choose to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If a product is listed as available but is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you within 24 hours (per our Terms of Purchase) and offer a refund or restock option.
Nutritional supplement products are intended to support wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions and information are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice. 5. Orders & Transactions

Your use of the Site to place orders is governed by these Terms and our Terms of Purchase. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase products at the listed price (in USD, our sole transaction currency). We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Once your order is accepted, we will process and ship it within 1 business day (per our Shipping Policy) and provide a confirmation email with order details.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order (product prices, applicable taxes/duties—per our Shipping Policy) using a valid payment method. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely, and we do not store full payment card data (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alaninusale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, purchase of products, or these Terms. This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages are based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount paid for the products in question. We shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or technical failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for: (a) gross negligence or willful misconduct; (b) personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence; (c) fraud or misrepresentation; or (d) any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Disclaimers of Warranty

The Site and all products, content, and services available on or through the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; that defects will be corrected; or that the Site or its server is free of viruses or other harmful components. We also do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any product information or Content on the Site.

8. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, your account (if applicable), or your ability to place orders at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any Site Policy; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) providing false or misleading information; (d) repeated requests for refunds or returns in violation of our Refund Policy; or (e) other conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Site, our business, or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 10, and 11 of these Terms will survive termination.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alaninusale, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms or any Site Policy; (c) your violation of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights); (d) your purchase or use of products from the Site; or (e) any content you submit or post on the Site (if applicable).

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or your purchase of products shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations with our customer support team (via [email protected]).
If negotiations do not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive relief or other equitable remedies to protect our rights.

11. General Provisions

  • Changes to These Terms: We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any future enforcement thereof.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Site Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
