3. Shipping Policy

We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery is estimated to take up to 5 days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing (for international orders) or carrier delays, but we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe.

4. Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned package. Returns sent without an RA number may be rejected or delayed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in USD (the same currency as your original payment) and typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method. The timing of the refund appearing in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment processor.
Shipping costs (which are complimentary for all orders) are non-refundable. If your order included a free gift, the gift must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a full refund; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and offer you the option to either wait for restocking (with an updated delivery timeline) or cancel the item and receive a full refund for that product.
